The salesman and other staff were friendly knowledgeable and efficient.
Would recommend the dealership. I got a good deal and the selection was outstanding. I live on Vancouver Island and the price was better here.
From first contact to the end, it was a smooth and awesome experience at Key West Ford.
I inquired to the sales rep Kai through AutoTrader the day before about a 2008 Jeep Patriot. Within hours I got a response, and we scheduled a test drive next day.
Following day Kai was awesome and texted me his ETA to the dealership, and made sure I was taken care of before I even came in. The test ride was smooth, and I loved the car and price. The finance rep Gurj was also fantastic, worked around some technicalities with the financing and got me on the road in no time.
Within a few hours, everything was sealed and I drove home with the Jeep. Thank you Kai, Gurj, and everyone else who took care of me today. I appreciate the transparency, friendliness, and professionalism from everyone.
Great service from Pete & Brian
We bought two used cars, one from Brian and one from Peter. Both took their time to search for the right car and we went with each car on a test drive.
Peter Olson was very helpful with everything took his time to explain and show all.
Management team was remarkable.
This place is a friendly and amazing place to be.
Recommend to everyone that want to have a amazing experience like myself.
Great service from the staff a Key West Ford. I was surprised to pick up vehicle with a fill tank of fuel alot of dealerships don't do this anymore.
Search over !!!
Going above and beyond to satisfy
Peter, while on his day off (what salesperson ever has a day off LOL) spent the entire day trying to find the best fit for us in a used vehicle. After shovelling many cars covered in a foot of snow, we realized that Peter was willing to shovel the whole lot if we could find what we were looking for. What really impressed us was not only his knowledge of the vehicles and the new technology but his desire to find us the vehicle best suited to our needs. Peter helped us narrow down the search and test drive suitable vehicles till we found this comfortable and economical vehicle with more options than we asked for.
All the staff involved in our search were friendly, courteous and very helpful
Buying a truck from Key West Ford was a positive experience.
Buying our used truck from Key West Ford turned out to be a hassle free experience for my wife and me. The sales person, Jag Dhillon, and the two managers, Ivan Matulik and Michael Nokes, were professional, courteous and friendly. We encountered no high pressure sales tactics.
We also were appreciative of the fact that Ivan allowed us to take the truck to our own mechanic for an inspection and appraisal.
The vehicle was more than fairly priced and was in excellent mechanical shape. Their detail crew had the 2010 F150 looking like new.
We would have no problem recommending Key West Ford to others.
Review of sale service
I had an exceptional experience dealing with the whole team at key west Ford, especially Jag and Nicholas T. They went above and beyond to help us get our new vehicle!! I would recommend to others for sure.
Excellent customer service
Peter was an ideal salesman. He was friendly, helpful and put us under no pressure. We got a great deal on exactly the right car.
INFINITI News For Seattle, Tacoma, And Bellevue Washington
INFINITI has been collecting a lot of awards lately and this past February has been no different. Their QX60 crossover has earned the U.S. News & World Report’s “Best Cars for the Money” award in the Luxury 3-Row SUV category.
Here’s how the award works: The U.S. News & World Report’s metric is made by combining the quality and value data across 14 distinct categories. The machine that earns the highest score in each is awarded with the “Best Car for the Money” designation in that category. Specifically, quality is arrived at by examining the overall score of the auto in the U.S. News car rankings (at time of review). Value is discovered through checking the total cost of ownership through five years and the average price paid.
The 2019 INFINITI QX60 will surprise and delight owners with its menagerie of safety features. Backup Collision Intervention, Blind Spot Intervention, Intelligent Cruise Control, and Around View Monitor with Moving Object Detection all work to keep passengers safe. Also, a Rear Door Alert grants peace of mind by reminding drivers of when they leave something stored in the back seat.
We hyped up the “Timeout for the Win” (#TIMEOUTFTW) INFINITI and NCAA contest quite a bit—and for good reason, seeing as it was in support of cancer research—so in case you missed the announcement last week, we wanted to revisit the details behind the results of the fan vote.
Steve Prohm, men's basketball head coach of Iowa State University, won the #TIMEOUTFTW fan vote. As such, he’ll receive a $360,000 donation to the American Cancer Society in his name, courtesy of INFINITI.
"I want to thank INFINITI for their support of cancer research with the Timeout for the Win contest and I greatly appreciate Cyclone Nation for supporting me," said Steve Prohm, men's basketball head coach, Iowa State University. "I'm thrilled to be the winner, but most importantly thrilled to have the Iowa State University name attached to help fight cancer.”
The #TIMEOUTFTW initiative ran from January through March 11 and saw fans taking to social media and a dedicated website to cast their vote for their favorite coach/university during a designated timeout in participating regular season NCAA games. There were more than 48 coaches/universities to choose from. In total, INFINITI will be donating $1 million to fund cancer research.
An INFINITI-supported expedition has won the Citation of Merit at the 115th Explorers Club Annual Dinner in New York, Tacoma!
The Roy Chapman Andrews Centennial Expedition was put together by the club's Hong Kong Chapter and accordingly won the award due to its “outstanding feat of exploration.” Through the expedition, a number of new fossils and new fossil locations were discovered, and the efforts of those involved yielded the potential discovery of three or more new dinosaur species.
Roy Chapman Andrews, for whom the expedition was named, first found dinosaurs roughly 100 years ago at the Flaming Cliffs in the Gobi. Suitably, he was the first explorer to use motorized cars in such an expedition; as such, this time, INFINITI offered up a fleet of state-of-the-art SUVs for use in the journey. These include the all-new QX50 mid-size luxury crossover, which boasts the world's first production variable compression engine. Also, the QX80 was utilized, as was the three-row QX60.
Few teams have won the Citation of Merit since 1962, with one of the exceptions being the American Mount Everest Expedition of 1963. For more on this excursion, enjoy a preview from the upcoming documentary.
Tacoma and Seattle residents, if you’ve been paying attention here, you’ve already heard about INFINITI’s robust efforts to benefit the American Cancer Society and defeat the terrible disease during this season’s college basketball schedule. Now, the company has introduced a new fan-driven charitable event just in time for the NCAA tournament.
Beginning today and ending on March 22, INFINITI will donate for every bracket that’s entered into their Bracket Pool Challenge via CBSSports.com. The initiative is in partnership with Turner Sports and CBS Sports and will benefit the American Cancer Society.
It’s been a busy few months for INFINITI in the charitable space. Since January, the company has been running the #TimeoutForTheWin contest, which has resulted in a total of $1 million donated to the American Cancer Society. Through midnight Pacific tonight, the luxury automobile manufacturer is also running a trick shot contest for fans (you can check out our prior post on this page for more on that).
Here’s how it goes. Fans have until the end of today to enter the contest by submitting a trick shot video of themselves on Instagram and Twitter by tagging @INFINITIUSA and using the hashtags #TIMEOUTFTW and #INFINITIContest. The winner will nab a trip for two to the 2019 Final Four in Minneapolis. Plus, the bonus is that all these efforts support INFINITI’s pledge of $1 million to Coaches vs. Cancer.
"The NABC is proud to partner once again with INFINITI in the Timeout for the Win campaign," said NABC Executive Director Jim Haney. "Through this collaboration, countless funds have been raised for the Coaches vs. Cancer program in the fight to defeat cancer.”
All submissions for this challenge must be made by 11:59 p.m. PST on Sunday, March 17 (again, that’s today)! The winner will be selected based on creativity, difficulty, and video quality. The runner-up will receive an autographed pro basketball jersey.

Headlining the campaign and starring in its ads are three-time national champion and nine-time Final Four coach, Roy Williams of the University of North Carolina.
