First Time Purchase
As first time new car purchasers, my fiancé and I were delighted with the experience of purchasing our new 2018 Ford Escape. Peter made us feel at ease, and let us see a variety of vehicles, even going as far as pulling them out of their parking spots to let us see each and every car in a bit more open area.
Peter was kind, light-hearted and didn’t make us feel pressured into making any decisions. He was up front about the previous ownership of the vehicle we decided on, and even printed off the reports for us to keep. When we had further questions, he brought Wes over to meet with us and discuss the vehicle further.
It was so nice, being first time buyers, to have a pressure-free and up front conversation about our new purchase.
We highly recommend Peter, and the entire Key West team, to help you find your new vehicle!
Best Deal Ever
Friendly people, they set me up with a very nice deal! I‘m able to get everything done in one day!I would go to these guys again
Great Experience, Great Deal!
We arrived just before the dealership was to open and Jag came out and welcomed us in and helped us immediately. He quickly located the vehicle we were looking at and brought it to us. Jag was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
We decided on the vehicle and we worked out a great deal.
I also wanted to send a thank-you to Ivan and Gurj!
Overall we are very happy with our vehicle, very happy with our deal and extremely satisfied with our overall experience. I would have no problem recommending Jag and Key West Ford!
Exactly the vehicle we were looking for
Robert was extremely knowledgeable and personable from the first phone call to his most recent follow up call. We had done our research and were looking for a specific Ford F150 that could pull our fifth wheel trailer. Robert listened carefully and suggested that we come in and see the one used vehicle that met our criteria. Never pushy but friendly and excellent at his job. Wanted to make the deal but willing to negotiate and make sure that we satisfied with the process. Highly recommend Robert to any of my friends and thanks for making the buying experience pleasurable.
We recently purchased a new Ford Escape and were impressed with the friendly and courteous service. Lino and Wes were very helpful and knowledgeable. They patiently and confidently answered our many questions and guided us through the process with ease. Thank you also to Jeff who promptly assisted us when we returned the next day with a couple of questions when Lino and Wes were not available. Overall, we appreciated the attentive service from all staff from our initial visit through the financing and insurance.

Ready to send cancer packing, Tacoma-area residents? Wonderful! We’re stoked to be teaming with the rest of the INFINITI family, the NCAA, and the American Cancer Society to help fund research to defeat this disease. Now through March 11, we’ll be participating in the #TIMEOUTFTW (Timeout for the Win) initiative.
The INFINITI #TIMEOUTFTW (Timeout for the Win) campaign will be featured during one select timeout of each eligible college basketball game during the regular season. Fans will be encouraged to vote on the dedicated website or via social media to signal the fandom of their preferred coach/university. The top three vote-getters will receive donations made to the American Cancer Society in their name courtesy of INFINITI. All told, one million dollars will be charitably given by the end of the campaign.
There are 48 participating coaches/universities, including Dan Hurley, the University of Connecticut; Scott Drew, Baylor University; and Fran Dunphy, Temple University. This year, the effort is headlined by three-time national champion and all-around-good-guy, Roy Williams, head coach of the six-time NCAA champion University of North Carolina Tar Heels basketball team. In developing and designing the sensational cabin of the new 2019 QX50, INFINITI’s braintrust turned to two traditional Japanese philosophies: “mitate” and “shitate.” These two techniques in handcraft act as complements to achieve an apex in artistry.
On the one hand, “mitate” refers to bringing together the best materials possible. Artisans carefully make their selection from the best range available. In contrast, “shitate” relates to the execution of the integration of the aforementioned materials, ensuring that only their finest qualities are emphasized.
The material design of the 2019 QX50’s cabin is a culmination of work that began in 2015. Black saddle leather was selected to emphasize the attractiveness of the dashboard and center console. In areas where the robustness of the saddle leather wasn’t as necessary (such as passive surfaces), gorgeous white matte and Nubuck leather are used as trim. And because “shitate” is celebrated here, the speakers in the door are covered by black saddle leather complete with slashes to allow audio to escape and fill the cabin. Tan edging around the two-tone black-and-white interior enables the natural hue of the leather to be represented, too. And a similar attention to detail and process was extended to the wood in the cabin—the open-pore, matte-finish genuine maple is treated to retain its natural appearance and texture.

The QX Inspiration Concept crossover really made a huge splash at last month’s North American International Auto Show. The all-electric vehicle serves as the benchmark by which future production INFINITI models will be judged, both because of its EV nature and through its innovative use of hand-crafted materials and traditional Japanese techniques incorporated in the interior. And now, the company is ready to further embrace the future.
INFINITI recently announced their intention to team up with the ArtCenter College of Design in California and the College for Creative Studies in Michigan to develop a future machine. Students from these places, as well as those in Los Angeles and Detroit, will combine to envision this new car model between January and May of 2019.
"The collaboration with the ArtCenter College of Design and College for Creative Studies comes at the perfect time for INFINITI," said Alfonso Albaisa, senior vice president of global design at Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. "I cannot be more honored to have the opportunity to work with future talent as they enter the beginning phases of their automotive design career. Our design teams are challenging themselves daily and this experience will allow for us to all gain a new perspective on design throughout the challenge.”

The acclaim for INFINITI’s new QX Inspiration concept car keeps rolling in. It’s been announced that a select group of 100 The Detroit News readers toured the 2019 North American International Auto Show’s floor ahead of the opening as part of that publication’s Readers’ Choice Awards. Upon seeing and experiencing INFINITI’s amazing new vehicle design, they awarded it “Best Future Concept.”
"We are honored to receive this recognition from The Detroit News readers for the QX Inspiration, the manifestation of our electric ambition that has been 30 years in the making," said Karim Habib, executive design director, INFINITI Motor Co., Ltd. "This concept is the beginning of a new era for INFINITI and an illustration of where we want to go with the brand.”
The QX Inspiration is a mid-size SUV concept that is entirely electric—as such, it stands as a precursor to what will be INFINITI’s first-ever mass-produced EV. Materials inspired by Japanese sensuality are used throughout the interior in handcrafted fashion, creating a cabin that feels like home for passengers.
